Orders & Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

You can follow your order from the ‘My Orders’ section of your membership account.
Orders placed by 15:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day whereas orders placed after 16:00 are shipped the next day.
There is no shipping during public holidays.

What shipping options do you offer?

For domestic shipping, we offer UPS and Aras. For international shipping, we offer DHL.

If I am not at the delivery address at the time of the delivery, can my order be delivered to someone else?

All goods are delivered to the buyer at the written delivery address. If the buyer is not at the address, the order can be handed over to a relative after checking identity information.

― Do you ship to countries other than Turkey?

We ship to countries other than Turkey with UPS. The average delivery time is 2-3 business days.

― How can I cancel my order?

After logging into your account on our website, you can cancel your order through the ‘Order Cancel’ section in the ‘My Orders’ section. Besides a campaign period, you can message us through the ‘Contact’ section or call us on +90 224 222 49 58 to cancel your order.

When will I receive a refund to my credit card?

If the product is expected to be returned to our company after reaching you, your refund will be made after your item(s) has been reviewed. Money transfer refunds will be made the same day whereas credit card refunds will be made within 3-10 business days.

― How can I see the delivery status of my order?

When we ship your order, we share information with you via SMS. You can follow your order status by clicking on ‘My Orders’.

― My order is faulty. What do I do?

If you send us the product(s) within the 14-day return period, the product(s) will be exchanged following the necessary checks. If the product(s) is not in stock, your order will be returned to us and a refund will be made.

― Why is the invoice attached on the package?

Legally, the invoice of your order has to be attached on the package.

― Is the VAT included in the product prices?

Each product price is VAT included.

 ― Can I order from outside of Turkey and still send my order to a Turkish address?

Yes. You can place an order with your credit card from abroad and have it delivered to an address in Turkey.

 

Order Return & Cancellation (Turkey)

How can I return my order?

To be able to return your order, you must fill out the contact form and send us the full product with the package. When you send us your ipekevi.com order with the full unused product(s), barcode, product bag, invoice and note reasoning your return, we will start your exchange/refund process. You can send your order with UPS to our Osmangazi/Bursa Ipekevi store with the Ipekevi institution code: 2946VF.

When can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days.

How long does the refund of the product(s) take?

All transactions related to the returned product(s) will begin when the product(s) arrives at our store and will be concluded within 1 week. All information about the refund process will be sent to you via SMS and email. The refund duration varies from bank to bank.

Can I return my order?

Provided that the packaging in unused and undamaged, you may return the product(s) in your order within 14 days of the delivery date.
